This is one from the mother of an aquaintence. This yard used to be dark fertilized dirt; not too attractive. Guess she knew what she was doing (a couple more to follow of her yard).

Here’s a big salad I made. It features baby carrots (buried), green leaf lettuce, scrambled egg, cheese, cottage cheese, little bit of powdered garlic, small amount of crushed red pepper & topped w/ranch dressing. Can you tell I sometimes make menus for clients?

This is the way to make coffee! 2/3 cup FRENCH or Italian roast (or the blackest, greasiest ones you can find). Grind to a fine powder (think “snuff”). Heat 2.5 cups of water to boiling (microwave 4 min.). Pour over grounds through #4 cone filter. Then scrape the grounds down to the bottom, move cone to 2nd pitcher/cup, heat coffee you have 33 seconds in the m-wave & pour through the cone/coffee again. Then pour THAT into big mug & add 1/2 & 1/2 to the color of hot chocolate. M-wave it again 33 sec. Voila’! @~@ P-p-perfect c-c-coffee-ee-ee.
